100 Days Healthy Eating Challenge

3rd Blog! Mary Seacole Housing Association has been working in partnership with Hatters Health Network, Food First Luton and K2 Smart Life. We area excited to launch our flavour-packed blog series designed to help you manage your diabetes through practical, sustainable, and yummy lifestyle changes. We believe eating healthy doesn't have to be boring – and we’re here to prove it! Each month, we’ll drop a brand-new blog filled with easy, affordable tips on how to eat better, shop smarter, and whip up delicious meals that help keep your blood sugar in check. Plus, we’ll be celebrating the rich flavour's of different cultures with diabetes-friendly recipes that won’t break the bank. From Ghanaian to South Asian, Caribbean to Romanian, we’ve got tasty options for everyone! 100-Days Diabetes Freedom Challenge : Closing Event

Face-to-Face Session. Location: Bury Park, Community Centre, 161b, Dunstable Rd, Luton, LU1 1BW If you or your family member has type 2 diabetes and want to participate in informative group sessions to improve your knowledge about the disease.

Hatters Big Coffee Morning

Come join us for our next Big Coffee Morning, we will be there to offer support, advice and offer Health checks. Many other Organisations will be joining us for the morning and they will be on hand for you to chat and ask about any support you or a loved one may need. Refreshments will be available.
