Our Team

We have a dedicated Team which support our member practices deliver effective, quality focused care and support for our diverse population. From our base at Sundon Park Health centre, and across our member practices, we work collaboratively, supportively and proactively together. 
We were proud to be the first PCN in BLMK to successfully complete our application to become a PCN learning environment which allows us to take on a variety of students and our staff benefit form a variety of training and development opportunities.

What should I expect during the recruitment and interview process?

When applying for a role with Hatters PCN, you can expect a supportive and transparent recruitment process designed to ensure both you and the organisation feel confident about a potential match.

What types of roles are available across the PCN?

Hatters Health PCN offers a wide range of roles including clinical (GPs, Nurses, Nursing associates, Pharmacists and Pharmacy technicians) Health and Wellbeing Roles ( Care coordinators, Social Prescribers) and Non-clinical, (Administrators, Operational and Project leads,  Reception staff). New Roles are added regularly as we expand our services and partnerships.

Do I need previous NHS or primary care experience to apply?

Not always. While some roles require NHS or clinical experience, many of our support, admin, and community-facing roles are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds. We value transferable skills, a commitment to patient care, and a willingness to learn. If experience is essential, it will be clearly stated in the job description.

What support is available for training and development?

We’re committed to developing our staff at all levels. From day one, you’ll have access to structured induction, on-the-job training, and opportunities to take part in professional development programmes. This includes access to NHS e-learning, mentoring, and support to work toward qualifications relevant to your role.
