Living with Diabetes can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to manage it alone. Come along to our friendly Group Consultation Programme where you will meet with healthcare professionals and others living with Type 2 Diabetes. There will be 4 face-to-face support sessions available in between to help improve your health and confidently manage your diabetes. Who can attend? 18-39-year-olds with Type 2 Diabetes or those invited to by a healthcare professional. Schedule: WEEK 1 – Introduction to Understanding Diabetes. WEEK 2 – Understanding medication and how treatments work. WEEK 3 – Health eating, weight management. exercise and physical activity and building healthy habits. WEEK 4 – Final Review and Recap.
